I found this place to be holding on by its last limb. It seemed as though the restaurant was not being run professionally. While I was in the celler lounge on a Friday night, it was very busy, I waited over an hour for my food and 45 minutes for my drink. Granted it was busy, there was no manager from what I saw which I thought was highly irresponsible given the capacity. The staff looked miserable and seemed like they were all being over worked. Overall it seemed chaotic and unenjoyable. I will spend my time else where from here on out.

My husband and I loved the beautiful facility. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed sitting on the patio with a bottle of wine from the vineyard. We’ll be back again soon. Thank you Ponte Vineyard for a wonderful getaway.
